Look, I'd like to tell you more about myself, but I really hate these kinds of things. It seems really conceited if I go on about myself in anyway -- obviously loathed to do it. But then I think, "Maybe someone gives a shit."
Walt Whitman wrote in Leaves of Grass: "Do I contradict myself? Fine, I contract myself. I'm large and I contain multitudes." I always thought that Walt wasn't the only one. And anyway, if you want to know more about me, read the blogs.
Would you move thousands of miles away from everyone and everything that you knew and held dear to be with the one you loved? Man... that was a STUPID thing I did.

Thanks for the link.
Played catch-up on some of the stuff I'd missed. The birthday gift in the morning thing -- you'll never learn everything up front, such "customs" are learned along the way of life. That's why marriage is a life experience -- something new is always around the corner!!
As for visiting you -- my bad. We have good intentions, but please forgive us. Glad others have been giving you good memories with their visits. We also look forward to people visiting, but that's a rare deal for us too (hint, hint)!!
Are you both talking to me? Hey, its not my fault. I have a husband who doesn't like to take off time to do anything, much less go visit people. We are going up to Sharon, PA to visit with family. This boy hasn't seen these people in like Ten years! And only cause his father is throwing a Banquet to celebrity his getting a PhD. So he had to go. He described his family still living in Sharon as "crazy" so we should be in for a treat.
